[glow=blue,2,300]I personally liked it very much. The main reason as to why I liked it so much is because it got me reading a most spectacular series that I think I would have regretted to have not read. I particulary like The sorcerers stone because the Idea of a boy who thought he was just another miserable kid who had no special qualities turned out to be a wizard who was possibly the most famous person in the wizarding world besides Voldermort and Dumbledore.[/glow]

I agree, it got me hooked on the series too. I remember back in 6th grade (I passed to the 11th now) when we read the Sorcerer's Stone in class. I didn't understand it that much then to tell you the truth. But then I decided to reread it by myself and LOVED it! I then started the Chamber of Secrets the same day that I finished SS and loved that even more, and so on. The Prisoner of Azkaban is my favorite, with the Order of the Phoenix a very close second favorite. But I would have never read the series if it wasn't for the Sorcerer's Stone. Aw, I love you JK Rowling.
